Cement is where we do most of our work, and where the cost of a blockage is easiest to calculate: a preheater choke or a kiln ring stops the line, and every hour it stays stopped is production you cannot make up.

Manual ring removal means shutting the kiln, waiting for it to cool, and putting a gang inside — up to 8 days and as many as 30 workers. The Cardox CO2 System works at full operating temperature with one or two operators, so the cool-down and heat-up disappear.
Where sockets are fitted permanently to the vessel wall, blockages clear during production — no outage to schedule at all.
