Most companies selling silo cleaning equipment have never cleaned a silo. We have cleaned more than 500, in six countries, over 30 years — and the machine we sell is the machine we take to site.
That matters more than it sounds. Every design decision in these systems came from something that went wrong on a real job, in a real vessel, with a plant waiting to restart.
Why buy from India? The established whipping brands are American and European, and priced accordingly. We build to the same working standard at Indian manufacturing cost — and unlike a trading company, we can tell you how the machine behaves in set gypsum at 40 °C, because we have been standing on that silo roof.
A hydraulically driven boom assembly that enters through the vessel's existing top hatch. Rotating chain or hammer whipsets clean hardened material off the wall, working downward as the vessel empties. The operator controls rotation and boom position from the roof. Nobody enters the vessel.

Supplied alongside, or on its own, for blockages no mechanical head will move. Reusable high-strength steel tubes with a working life of over 15 years, recharged in under a minute, discharging at a regulated 1,200–3,000 bar. Classified non-explosive — no licence, no magazine, no special transport permits, which matters a great deal when shipping across borders.

Whipsets, wear parts, hoses, Cardox tubes and consumables come direct from the manufacturer — no distributor markup and no waiting on a chain of intermediaries. We hold stock.
