Infrastructure projects stall the moment they hit hard rock and discover blasting is not permitted — too close to a structure, too close to a road, vibration limits in force, or the licence will not arrive in time. That is the problem this solves.

Why it clears approval where blasting does not

• Classified non-explosive — no licence, no magazine, no notification
• No ground vibration transmitted to neighbouring structures
• No shock wave and no noise — divers can remain in the water during underwater activation
• No fly rock — the heave is directional and controlled
• No toxic fumes — the discharge is carbon dioxide, so no clearance wait
• Neighbouring work continues — often no exclusion-zone shutdown at all
